Time Restricted eating for Weight Loss

My name is Eddie aka Shiokman. I share recipes on YouTube, Blog, Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram. Making all these food to share the recipes have make me put on extra weight over the years. I’ve actually succeeded in losing quite a considerable amount of weight in the first half of each year but somehow, I will always return back to my old habit of snacking, not exercising and carbo loading in the second half of each year. I’m sure many of you have had such an experience in your pursuit to lose weight. 

Well, in the year 2020 I’m more than determine to go through the whole year by documenting my journey in this blog. My goal is to lose 20 kgs in 2020. Yes, cheesy as it may sound but I believe I can do it with support and encouragement. I’ve lost 10 kgs before for the first 6 months of the year, so hopefully with this blog I will be reminded to go the full stretch in 2020.
